1. Preparation
- Remove jewelry -
- Cover abrasions -
- Roll up sleves -

2. Wetting
Wet hands thoroughly
with warm running water.

3. Lathering
Lather the palms 
using a squirt in each hand
from a liquid soap dispenser

4. Backing
Lather the wrists
and backs of each hand

5. Webbing
Make sure the webbing
between the finges is lathered

6. Fisting
Grip each finger in turn
in the fist of the other hand
and rotate to lather

7. Nailing
Lather the finger tips in each palm

8. Rinsing
Rinse well
ensuring all lather is washed off

9. Turning
Turn off the tap with a disposable towel.
(After all you just turned it on with uncleaned hands) 

10 Drying
Dry you hands very very well.

11. Disposing
Dispose of the towel in a pedal bin
(Do not touch the trash bin with your hands)

12. Creaming
Cream up with a moisturiser

13. Postscripting
Remember to properly do the
Clean X Logo (small)
will take between 1 - 2 mins
depending on how dirty
your hands were to start with.
