The Dirty Dozen
Swine Flu Facts
the Irish Health Service Executive
seem reluctant to Disclose.

Sometimes, when we want to protect ourselves and our loved ones, it's hard to know which way to turn for accurate reliable information regarding important things like Swine Flu vaccination. Here are some facts which the Irish Health Service Executive seem reluctant to disclose

1. Low efficacy.
The conclusion of a review of 48 reports involving 66,000 patients was "Vaccination of healthy adults only reduced the risk of influenza by 6% and the number of missed work days by less than a day. The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews. 1 (2006)

2. Previous Experience
The swine flu pandemic of 1976 in which more people actually died from the vaccine than from swine flu had insurance claim estimates of around $1.3billion.

3. Mercury Toxicity
All 3 manufactures Baxter, Glaxosmithkline and Novartis include Thimerosol in their swine flu vaccines. Although 2 ppb of Mercury in water makes it undrinkable our government considers it acceptable to vaccinate with the equivalent of 50,000 ppb in each vaccine phial.

4. Squaline toxicity.
This adjuvant (potentiator) which has been associated with diseases such as MS, lupus, Guillan-Barre syndrome and Rheumatoid Arthritis is included in swine flu vaccines.

5. Primary Tests are Irrelevant
This is because they were done on vaccines not containing squalene or mercury. There is no vaccine available in Ireland without mercury or squalene. Thus the vaccine available here is totally untested.

6. Normal Safety Procedures Abandoned.
The government has recently given vaccine manufacturers fast track approval which will by-pass normal safety tests. Safety will therefore have to be monitored through post-marketing surveillance only.

7. Use by Date Arbitrarily Extented
As a result of world wide stockpiling an extention of use by date has been sanctioned by the government from 5 yrs to 7 yrs without clinical trial work. If you receive an out of date vaccine the general advice will be its OK for another 2 yrs!!

8. The Not Recommended Category.
With all the hype of mass vaccination it is easy to overlooked that a "not recommended" category also exists which includes:

Not Recommended Category

Vaccinosis sufferers
Children under 12 yrs
(Banned since 2007 in Japan)
Pregnant or breast feeding women
Sufferers of ME/CFS/PVFS

9. What are the Experts doing Themselves.
A recent poll among 61 leading UK virologists revealed that only 23% of them considered using the vaccine as the only precaution. The majority 49% considered taking no action and 66% would not consider the vaccine. Do they know somethig we don't? Here are the full results.

Precautions Viologists
Plan to Take

Stock Tamiflu or Relenza

Stock above plus antibiotics

Stock food, water and power source

Get pneumococcal vaccine

Hand washing, mask

10. Secondary Bacterial Infections more Important.
The real cause of deaths associated with swine flu is from secondary bacterial infection
and NOT the virus itself.

11. Resistant Strains Already Detected
According to the prestigious publication Nature resistant strains of swine flu have already emerged  raising concerns for those individuals additionally at risk from seasonal influenza or bird flu in the event of mass vaccine dissemination.

12. There are Alternatives
These are more effective and far less costly but receive little or no air time in the mass media. One of these alternatives is Homeopathy detaiuls of which are outlined below. During the last major pandemic Homeopathic hospitals had < 1% mortality rate compared to that of 30 - 60% for conventional hospitals.

So What Should I Do?

1. Dont Panic.
The present swine flu virus is a weak strain and unless you are immuno- compromised it is extremely unlikely that an infection will result in any serious consequences.

2. Take Normal Precautions including:

1. Get Enough Rest.
Reduce fatigue on the natural immune system

2. Address Stress.
If stress overwhelms your body it is less able to fight off illness.

3. Take Exercise
This increases blood flow
to better circulate the products of natural immunity.

4. Take Vitamin D3
Take 5 10,000 IU/day to build up immunity

5. Take Omega-3
Thgis increases white cell count
and strengthens cell membrane integrity
thereby speeding up the healing process.

6. Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods
They both reduce immune function

7. Handwash Thoroughly & Regularly
Follow the Clean X Code

8. Avoid Hospitals & Crowded Places
They are both breeding grounds for all types of infection.
