05. The "3F" Protocol

 Introduction
Congratulations on deciding to use the 3F diet protocol.
You are sure to have success if you follow the diet carefully.
The good part about it is that although the diet is very restrictive it only lasts for 3 weeks. Most people can do most things for 3 weeks especially when it is sure to
reduce fatty adipose tissue
on a permanent basis
without subsequent fatty gain
and without suffering any dietary hunger
or other distress symptoms
and return you finally
to a normal non restrictive diet
for the rest of your fat free life.

Phase 1 -
The "3F" Gorge
(Days 1-2)
Eat as much food as you want especially rich fatty foods.
At the same time try not to increase your intake of sugars and carbohydrates

Phase 2 -
The "3F" Diet
(Days 3-23)

The Objective
1. To restrict intake to
500
Cal/ day.
2. To target adipose tisue dissolution.
3. To eliminate hanger distress using Homeopathic methodology.

Weigh 100 g of any one of the following for lunch and dinner
Beef, veal, chicken (not skin), fish

Vegetable
Weigh 100 g of any one of the following for lunch and dinner

sparagus, cabbage, celery, chard, cucumber, lettuce, onion, spinach, tomato, radish, beet greens.

Fruit
Two snacks/ day composed of any one fruit from the list below
1 x apple, 1 x grapefruit, 1x cup strawberries, 1 x orange,

1 x slice melba toast/meal or
1 x grissini (breadstick)/meal

taken 3 times/ day
(morning, midday & evening)

Phase 3 -
"3F" Maintenance
(Days 24-44)

Objective
To maintain body weight to within 2 g of the final body weight achieved under Phase 2

 

Dr Peters Note
This is the most important phase of the diet. Yes even more than Phase 2. If your body weight is not maintained during this phase the loss will not be permanent and your efforts will eventually be fruitless. Follow the instructions to the letter for permanent success.

My personal experience is that 2 pills of 3F Homeopathic taken twice daily AM & PM throughout Phases 3 & 4 was the ideal aid to achieve maintenance.

Phase 4 -
"3F" Normalisation
(Days 46-65)

Objective
To maintain body weight to within 2 g of the final body weight achieved under Phase 2
on an unrestricted diet

1. This phase is what you do with the rest of your life.
2. Slowly start adding starch, sugars and fats in small quantities to your diet
3. The key to this phase is SLOWLY
4. You will find that smaller amounts of food will satisfy.
