What is the difference between Overweight and Obesity?

Overweight
is when body mass (weight) is above that considered normal or desirable.

Obesity
is a medical term to denote the deposition of excess body fat to the extent that it has an adverse effect on health.

The conventional approach to weight loss and body toning is one of prolonged diet restriction over many months, grueling gym sessions, hard work and dedication to abstinence not to mention hunger pangs, headaches, breathlessness and fatigue. Thats why so many start but very few finish.

Then when that is mastered step it up to 30 to 50 reps of each move daily.

    The actress and best selling author (married to rugby star Brian O'Driscoll)  wont be partaking in any crash diet plan in order to slip back to her pre pregnancy jeans after the birth od their first child Sadie. Im not into crash dieting at all I pretty much stick to what I want she says. I do try however to stick to a healthy diet and take exercise. I go for walks and keep up a fast tempo. Im not a gym enthusiast but I manage to keep fit in my own way.
    We salute you Amy for choosing the sensible path to fitness and weight management.

Will power is not only among the weakest of mental forces, but in most people it actually fatigues with continued use. This is part of the reason the cheat day becomes a necessity to help people stay on course: it gives the weary will a much-needed chance to recover.
